Join acclaimed film director Eric Khoo as he talks through his past work with a special presentation show reel. Also pre-view a work-in-progress by rising star Brian Gothong Tan who will discuss the short films series Invisible Children (working title), a project being developed by Brian and Eric and starring Jonathan Lim.

Audiences can participate and share their ideas with the creative team and perhaps influence the outcome of this film project. Lunch provided. Award-winning Eric Khoo achieved a number of firsts for Singapore cinema including for 12 Storeys (1997), the first Singaporean film invited officially to participate in the 50th Cannes Film Festival, and Be With Me (2004) which opened the Directors Fortnight Cannes 2005.

Eric Khoo is a board member of Singapore’s Media Development Authority and has his own production company, ZhaoWei Films. Brian Gothong Tan is a talented multi-media visual artist trained in Fine Arts, Multimedia and Animation at the California Institute of Arts, represented Singapore at the 9th Venice Architectural Biennale (2004) and in the cultural segment of the Melbourne Commonwealth Games 2006, and was Director of Photography and Chief Editor in the film Pleasure Factory which screened at Cannes Film Festival 2007 under the Un Certain Regard section. Jonathan Lim has several acting credits including Second Link (2007 Cameronian Award of Best Ensemble) and Royston Tan’s short film CUT, and is due to appear in Tan’s upcoming film, 881.
